The Oregon Thoracic Society (OTS) is composed of physicians, researchers, advanced practice nurses, respiratory therapists and other health care professionals interested in fulfilling the Society’s mission. OTS members work in academic institutions, private practices, hospitals and scientific research settings throughout Oregon.

Becoming a Member
If you are already a current OTS member and want to start enjoying your online benefits today, just complete the online benefit form.
If you have yet to join OTS or your membership has lapsed, you will be offered the option to pay for your membership online or to download an OTS renewal/application to be filled out and mailed in at the end of the online benefit form.
If you are already enjoying your online benefits and just need to renew your membership, you may pay online or download and fill out the OTS renewal/application form and send it to the address below. As soon as your OTS renewal/application form is received your online benefits will be activated.
OTS membership's annual fee payment is based according to the following rates.
- Active Members: $75
Individuals who possess an MD, PhD, or equivalent degree. - Associate Members: $50
Non-doctoral, respiratory therapists, physical therapists, nurses and other health personnel, graduate students, doctoral students, medical students, interns, residents.
Membership fees are due at time of registration. Please send payment, in the form of a check or money order made out the American Lung Association of Oregon, to:
